o Install the hand pump assembly (1) to the cab mounted bracket
(11), secure the pump assembly with two screws (9) and new
o Remove the protective tape from the three tube connections on the
selector valve (5) and hydraulic tubing. Connect the tubing to
the selector valve connectors (6 and 8) and tee (7).
o Remove the protective tape from the hand pump assembly
connections (1) and the hydraulic tubing. Connect the tubing to
the hand pump assembly at the elbow (2), tee (3), and adapter
(4).

Removal and Installation of the Upper Rear Door Hydraulic Actuator
Tubes, Hoses, and Associated Connecting Parts.
Remove the upper rear door hydraulic actuator tubes,
hoses,
and
associated connecting parts following the procedure listed:
NOTE:
All item numbers refer to Figure 26.
NOTE:
Tag all parts of proper identification at assembly.
o Remove the two screws (1), lockwashers (2), and the clamps (3).
Disconnect the hoses (4 and 5) from adapters (6) and remove the
adapters.
NOTE:
Remove stowage net to gain access to components.
o Remove the four tube assemblies (7, 8, 10, and 11) and two
adapters (9).
o Remove the two nuts (12) and disconnect the hose assemblies (13
and 14) from the ceiling bracket (15).
Remove the two pipe
nipples (16) from the hose assemblies (13 and 14). Remove the
two hose assemblies (13 and 14) and the elbow (18).
NOTE:
If necessary, remove the hydraulic actuator (17) if maintenance
procedures require complete disassembly (TM 9-2350-267-20).
o Remove the tube assemblies (19 and 23), adapter (20), and dump
valve (21), as an assembly (disassemble components if necessary).
