o Remove the tee (40) and bushing (56) from the elbow (57). Remove
the elbows (48 and 57) from the nipples (58 and 59) and the
nipples from the back of the hydraulic control panel (51).
NOTE:
Note the location of the sprocket on the shaft to ensure proper
position for reassembly.
o Loosen the setscrew and remove the sprocket and key from the
washers that secure the hydraulic motor to support bracket.
With all the components removed during the removal process inspected and
defective components replaced, the installation process for the stacker
hydraulic system parts and components can be started.
o To install the stacker hydraulic system components, you must
reverse the removal procedure and use new packings and
lockwashers.
o During the installation process apply pipe sealant (Item 57,
Appx. D, TM 9-2350-267-20) to all male pipe threads.
7.
Removal and
Installation
of
the
Conveyor
Hydraulic
System
Components.
Removal of the conveyor hydraulic system components can be accomplished
using the following procedure:
NOTE:
All item numbers refer to Figure 30.
o Disconnect the two hose assemblies (1) from the hydraulic control
panel (2).
o Remove the two screws (3 and 7), lockwashers (4 and 8), and
grommets (6) from the crew compartment floor; discard the
lockwashers.
o Remove the screw (14), lockwasher (15), flat washer (16), and
strap (17); discard the lockwasher.
o Disconnect the hose assemblies (1) from the two adapters (18) and
remove the hose assemblies from the vehicle.
o Remove the two adapters (18) from the bushings (19). Remove the
bushings from the elbows (20 and 21), and the elbows from the
hydraulic motor.
