Removal
and
Installation
of
the
Stacker
Hydraulic
System
Components.
NOTE:
All item numbers refer to Figures 27F, 28F, and 29F.
o Remove the four screws (2), lockwashers (3), and the clamp (1),
and discard the four lockwashers. Disconnect the hoses (4 and 5)
from the nipples (6 and 7) and remove the nipples from tubes (8
and 9). Disconnect the tubes from the tube reducers (10 and 11)
and remove the reducers.
o Disconnect
the hoses (12 and 13) from the elbows (14 and 15), and
remove the
elbows, the two nuts (16), tees (17), and caps (18).
Disconnect
the hoses (12 and 13) from the elbows (19) and remove
the elbows
from the tee fittings (20).
o Disconnect the two hoses (21) from the reducers (22) and remove
the reducers.
o Remove the two nuts (24) and disconnect the two tee fittings (20)
from the stacker assembly bracket (23).
o Remove the two hoses (21), elbows (25), adapters (26), and
reducers (27) from the hydraulic motor assembly (28). Disconnect
the hose (29) from the elbow (30) and remove the elbow, packing
(31), and expander (32) from the hydraulic motor assembly (28),
and discard the packing.
o Disconnect the two hoses (33) from the elbows (34) and remove the
elbows from the counterbalance valve (35).
o Disconnect the hose (29) from the elbow (36) and remove the elbow
and packing (37) from the shuttle valve (38), discard the
packing.
o Disconnect the tube (39) from the tee (40) and adapter (41), and
remove the adapter and packing (42) from the shuttle valve.
Disconnect the tube (43) from the adapter (44) and tee (45).
Remove the adapter and packing from the shuttle valve, and
discard the packings.
o Disconnect the hoses (47 and 49) from the tees (40 and 45) and
elbows (48 and 50). Remove screws (52), lockwashers (53), and
the counterbalance valve (35) and discard the lockwashers.
Remove the tee (45), bushing (54), and elbows (50 and 55) from
the counterbalance valve (35).
