o Install the gage assembly bracket (75) with two screws (71),
nuts, and (74) new lockwashers (73).
o Install the tube assemblies, tees, elbows, bushings, nipples, and
adaptors to the ballistic shield directional control valve
subplate assembly (40 through 42 and 44 through 52).
o Install the tube assemblies, tees, elbows, bushings, nipples, and
adaptors to the conveyor directional control valve subplate
assembly (27 through 30 and 32 through 39).
o Attach the shuttle valve (13) to the tube assembly (14).
o Install the tube assemblies, tees, elbows, bushings, nipples, and
adaptors (14 through 18 and 20 through 26) to the stacker
directional control valve subplate assembly (19).
o Using two screws (8), nuts (9), flat washers (10), and new
lockwashers (11) install the pressure gage assembly on the
hydraulic control panel.
o Install the tube assembly (4), adapter (5), and new packing (6)
on the pressure gage assembly.
o Install the tube assemblies (1 and 2) and union cross (3) on the
hydraulic control panel.
Install the hydraulic control in the vehicle using the following process:
o Apply pipe sealant (Item 57, Appx. D) to all male pipe threads.
o Reverse the removal process.
4.
Removal, Disassembly, Assembly, and Installation of the Hand Pump
Assembly and Selector Valve.
NOTE:
All item numbers refer to Figures 24F and 25F.
Remove the hand pump assembly
and
selector
valve
from the
vehicle
following the steps outlined:
o Disconnect the three hydraulic tubes from the hand pump assembly
(1) at the elbow (2), tee (3), and adapter (4). Disconnect the
three hydraulic tubes to the selector valve (5) at the connectors
(6 and 8) and elbow (7).
