Remove the hydraulic control panel of the vehicle following the process
outlined:
o Disconnect the ground wires (3) by removing the screw (1) and
lockwasher (2).
Disconnect the stacker system power lead wire
No. 10 (4) from the wire harness 12330252 lead 10 connector (5).
o Remove the screw (6), flat washer (7), and lockwasher (8) that
secure the three wire straps (9).
Remove the two electrical
connectors (10 and 11) from the ballistic shield (12) and
conveyor solenoid valves (13), and disconnect the electrical
connector (14) from the hydraulic gage panel (15).
o Disconnect the stacker control switch cable (16) from harness
receptacle (17).
Remove the four screws (18), nuts (19),
lockwashers (20), flat washers (21), and the receptacle (17) from
the bracket (22).
Disconnect the stacker solenoid valve
connector (23) from the stacker solenoid valve (24) and remove
the wire harness (25).
o Disconnect the hydraulic fluid inlet line (26), hydraulic
reservoir return line (27), and the two conveyor hydraulic lines
(28).
NOTE:
Loosen opposite end of the hydraulic tube (31) and turn the tube
towards the wall so the panel will clear at removal.
o Disconnect the ballistic shield hydraulic lines (29), two stacker
hydraulic lines (30), and shuttle valve hydraulic lines (31 and
32).
o Remove the three screws (33) and lockwashers (34), and CAREFULLY
remove the hydraulic control panel (35).
Disassemble the hydraulic control panel following the procedure outlined:
o Remove the tube assemblies (1 and 2) and union cross (3) from the
hydraulic control panel. Remove the tube assembly (4), adapter
