o Remove the two hydraulic fill hose clamps (20) and pull the hose
(21) from the hose fitting (22). Remove the two fill hose clamps
(36) and pull the fill hose from fitting (37). Remove the hose
fitting (22) from the hydraulic reservoir flange (23).
o Disconnect the electrical wire harness 12330252 connectors (24)
from the electrical connector on the housing assembly (25) and
electrical connector to the transmitter (26).
o Remove the four screws (27) and lockwashers (28) from the
hydraulic reservoir mounting plate, and remove the hydraulic
reservoir (4).
o Remove the tube assembly (29), elbow (30), and bushing reducer
(31) from the return line filter (10). Remove the return line
filter (10) from the bulkhead bracket (32) by removing two screws
(33), lockwashers (34), and flat washers (35).
o Remove the fill cap (38), six screws (39), flat washers (40), and
lockwashers (41). Remove the filler flange (42) and gasket (43)
from mounting plate (18).
NOTE:
All item numbers refer to Figure 13.
Disassemble the hydraulic reservoir using the steps outlined:
o Remove the six screws (1), lockwashers (2), and flat washers (3)
from the hydraulic reservoir filler flange (4).
Remove the
filler flange (4), two gaskets (5), and strainer (6).
o Remove the 14 screws (7) and lockwashers (8). Remove the cover
plate assembly (9) and gasket (10) from the top of reservoir
(11). Remove the return pipe (12) from the cover plate assembly
(9).
o Reach through the reservoir tank cover plate opening, remove the
two nuts (13) and washers (14) from the bolts of the level
indicator gage (15). Remove the level indicator gage (15) from
the reservoir (11).
o Remove the filter (16) from the nipple (17) inside the reservoir
(11).
o Unscrew the nipple (17) from the inside wall of the reservoir
(11). COMPLETE THIS STEP ONLY IF NECESSARY.
