o Remove the two screws (8), nuts (9), flat washers (10),
lockwashers (11), and the pressure gage assembly from the
hydraulic control panel.
o Remove the shuttle valve (13) from tube assembly (14). Remove
the tube assemblies, tees, elbows, bushings, nipples, and
adaptors (14 through 18 and 20 through 26) from the stacker
directional control valve subplate assembly (19).
o Remove the tube assemblies, tees, elbows, bushings, nipples, and
adaptors (27 through 30 and 32 through 39) from the conveyor
directional control valve subplate assembly.
o Remove the tube assemblies, tees, elbows, bushings, nipples, and
adaptors (40 through 42 and 44 through 52) from the ballistic
shield directional control valve subplate assembly.
o Remove the flow control valve (53) from the hydraulic control
panel by removing two screws (68), lockwashers (69), and nuts
(70), and discard the lockwashers (69). Remove the elbow (55)
from the flow control valve (53).
o Remove the gage assembly bracket from the control panel by
removing the two screws (71), flat washers (72), lockwashers
(73), and nuts (74). Remove the four screws (76) and lockwashers
(77). CAREFULLY remove the gage panel assembly (78) and discard
the lockwashers (73 and 77).
o Remove the conveyor and stacker directional control valves using
the same procedures. Remove the four screws (80 and 83), plate
(81), gasket (82), and the directional control valves (79) from
the subplate assemblies (19 and 31), remove and discard the
packing (84).
Remove each subplate assembly (19 and 31) by
removing the two screws (85), flat washers (86), lockwashers
(87), and nuts (88), and discard the lockwashers (87).
o Remove the four screws (89 and 92), plate (90), gasket (91), and
the ballistic directional control valve (93) from the subplate
relief valve assembly (95) and remove subplate assembly (43).
Remove and discard the packings (94 and 96).
o Remove the subplate assembly (43) by removing the two screws
(85), flat washers (86), lockwashers (87) and nuts (88), discard
the lockwashers (87).
