Backup Hydraulic Pump Assembly Hoses
and Connecting Parts.
o Remove the hose (1) from the elbow (2), and the elbow from the
backup pump inlet port (3).
Disconnect the hose (1) from the
bulkhead quick-disconnect end (4) and remove the quick-disconnect
end (5) from the hose.
o Remove the hose (6) from the hydraulic clutch port (7) and
disconnect the hose of the bulkhead quick-disconnect end (8).
Remove the quick-disconnect end (9) from the hose.
o Remove the hose (10) from the elbow (11) and disconnect the hose
from the bulkhead quick-disconnect end (12). Remove the quick-
disconnect end (13) from the hose.
o Remove the quick-disconnect ends (4, 8, and 12) from the bushings
(14 and 15) and bulkhead hydraulic panel port.
Remove the
bushings from the bulkhead hydraulic panel ports.
NOTE:
Apply Teflon tape to all male threads during installation in
accordance with TM 9-2350-267-20.
o Install the bushings (14 and 15) in bulkhead hydraulic panel
ports and install the quick-disconnect ends (4, 8, and 12) on
bushings and bulkhead hydraulic panel ports.
