o Remove the cable clamp (1) on both sides of the hinge by removing the screw
(2), lockwasher (3), and flat washer (4) from each.
o Remove the six nuts (5), lockwashers (6), flat washers (7), bolts (8), and
hinge assembly from the conveyor section.
The conveyor hinge assembly is disassembled by loosening the setscrew (10), driving
out the hinge pin (11), and separating the hinge halves.
Assemble and install the hinge assembly by reversing the disassembly and removal
procedures.
