NOTE: All item numbers refer to Figure 14.
Removal is accomplished following the steps outlined:
o Remove the two nuts (1) from each of the rod ends (2) located on each side of
the conveyor take up section (3) and back off the nut (4).
o Remove the screw (5), flat washer (6), and lockwasher (7) from each of the
two pillow blocks (8).
o Remove the nut (9), flat washer (10), lockwasher (11), screw (12).
Remove
the rod end (2) from the take up plates (13). Back off the nut (4) from the
rod end, remove the rod end from the take up plates, and the nut from the rod
end.
o Remove the nut (14), lockwasher (15), and ball assembly (16) from each side
of the conveyor take up section (3).
o Remove the clip (17), pin (18), and rubber latch (19) from the bracket (20).
o Remove the two screws (21), flat washers (22), lockwashers (23), and bracket
(20) from the take up section.
