o Install the chain guard (1) on the conveyor assembly and secure it with two
screws (2), flat washers (3), and lockwashers (4).
o Install the drive end section roller assembly, conveyor hydraulic motor, and
the conveyor chain.

Removal, Disassembly, Assembly, and Installation of the Roller Assembly.
Prior to starting this maintenance task, the conveyor chain must be removed.
NOTE: All item numbers refer to Figure 8.
NOTE: This procedure applies to the roller assemblies in both the drive end and
take up end conveyor sections.
With the conveyor chain removed, begin the removal process using the following
steps:
o Fold up the conveyor dead end section to gain access to the roller assembly.
o Remove the eight screws (1), lockwashers (2), and the roller bracket (3) from
