assistant holds the upper support, remove the nut (4), lockwasher (5), flat
washer (6), and screw (7). Remove the upper and lower supports (1 and 2) as
an assembly from the vehicle.
o Remove the conveyor support bracket (8) by removing the nut (9), lockwasher
(10), spacer (11), flat washer (12), and screw (13) from the vehicle roof.

Removal and Installation of the Conveyor Springs.
This maintenance task requires two people.
NOTE: All item numbers refer to Figure 5.
NOTE: This procedure applies to both springs.
WARNING
Use care when stretching and relieving spring
tension to avoid pinching your hands in the
spring coils.
Place the conveyor in the stowed position in accordance with TM 9-2350-267-10.
With one person pulling the spring towards the rear of the vehicle, the other
person must twist the spring (1) to unhook it from the floor bracket (2). Remove
the spring from the conveyor mounted bracket.
