Control Assembly Removal.

Remove the Inlet Guide Vane Feedback Control Assembly.

remove the control from the bracket by pushing in the button (3) on

the quick-release pin (4) and removing the pin from the control (1)

and lever (5). Then, take the control off the lever and install the

pin in the lever. Loosen and screw the nut (6) and lockwasher (7)

all the way back on the control. Next, pull the threaded end of the

control through the hole in the bracket (2), slide the control (1)

down and out of the bracket (fig. 1-14).

Push the button (3) in on the quick-release pin (4) and remove the

pin from the control (1) and lever (5). Take the control off the

lever and install the pin in the lever. Then, unscrew the nut (6)

and lockwasher (7) on the end of the control and slide it back on

the control. Next, pull the threaded end of the control through the

hole in the bracket (2), slide the control (1) down and out of the

slot in the bracket, and remove the control from the powerpack (fig.
