between 21 - 29 inch-pounds. Now place the two lugs 3W101-1E2
(13) on terminal 3B101-NEG (14) and install a new lockwasher
(15) and nut (7). While holding the bottom nut (16), you must
torque the top nut (7) between 21 - 29 inch-pounds (fig.
1-63).

Install the Lubricating Oil Tank Assembly.
With help of
another soldier, position the oil tank (1) in the bracket (6)
and hold it in place. Then slide the retaining pin (5) in the
bracket and support (7), inserting the retaining pin all the
way to its shoulder (8), and put the lockpin (4) in the hole
in the retaining pin. Next apply antiseize lubricant on the
bolts (2), install the bolts in flange (3), and torque them
between 250 - 325 inch-pounds (fig. 1-64).
