Install the Hose Assembly (Oil Tank Vent).
Install a new
gasket (2) on each mating surface (3) and line up the hose
assembly (1) with the mating surfaces.
Then loosely install
the four short bolts (4) and new lockwashers (5) and tighten
the bolts.
At the other end of the tube assembly, loosely
install the four long screws (6) and new lockwashers (7) and
tighten the screws (fig. 1-66).

Install the Cooler Inlet and Outlet Tube Assembly (Right
Side).
Position the tube assembly under the wiring harness.
Then screw the inlet tube nut (3) to the nipple (4) and at the
other end of the tube (1), screw the tube nut (5) to the other
nipple (6). Next tighten the clamp screw (7); make sure you
have centered the two hoses (8) on the clamp (9). Next attach
the outlet hose nut (10) to the filter (11), and at the other
end of the hose (2) attach the hose nut (12) to the tube (13)
(fig. 1-67).
Apply a coat of adhesive on the inside of the hoses (15 and
16) and install the hoses on the tubes (1 and 2).
Then
install the strap (14), screw (17), and washer (18); make sure
you have centered the strap (14) on the hoses (15 and 16)
(fig. 1-67).
