Crew AFES Electrical Wiring Harness 12351498.
o You must now remove one screw (Item 12), one flat washer (Item 13),
and one lockwasher (Item 14) from each of the seven strap assemblies
(Item 11).
Then separate and remove wiring harness 12351499 from
the other harnesses. Secure remaining harnesses by reinstalling the
strap assemblies (Item 11), screws (Item 12), flat washers (Item
13), and lockwashers (Item 14).
o Wiring harness 12351499 can now be removed from the 10 strap
assemblies (Item 15) located on the front bulkhead of the crew
compartment.
o The portion of wiring harness 12351499, which is secured to the crew
compartment overhead, can now be removed from the 12 strap
assemblies (Items 16 and 17).
Upon removing the harness from the
strap assemblies, remove the harness from the vehicle.
o Installation procedures are the reverse order of the removal
procedures. Be sure you use new lockwashers during the installation
process.
