Inspect disk and adapter for cracks, chips,
excessive wear, and deformation. Replace disk or adapter that shows any of these

(d) Pivot Steer Brake Assembly.
Inspect the brake assemblies for cracks,
chips, excessive wear, and deformation.
Replace housings that show any of these
defects.
(e) Pivot Steer Brake Assembly Lining.
Inspect brake lining for chipped,
cracked, or excessively worn condition.
New lining has grooves 1/4 inch deep.
Replace lining that has been worn to the depth of the grooves or that is cracked or
chipped.
