the ACA as follows:
a. Turn on the power supply. Measure and set the output voltage
to 24.0 0.1 VDC.
Turn off the power supply.
Connect the
ACA and test equipment. Make sure the leads have the correct
polarity (red +; black -). Turn on the power supply.
(1) If the measurement across the load resistor is 23.3 0.5
VDC, go to step b.
(2) If the measurement across the load resistor is 0.0 V, go to
table 3-3, malfunction 12, step 1.

b. Turn off the power supply.
Reverse (swap) the ACA leads.
Turn on the power supply.
(1) If the measurement across the load resistor is 0.0 V, go to
step c.
(2) If the measurement across the load resistor is other than
0.0 V, go to table 3-3, malfunction 12, step 2.
c. Turn the power supply off. Remove the load resistor. Change
the test leads back to the original connections (see step a).
While looking at the multimeter, turn off the power supply.
