Remove mounting hardware (16 and 17) and S2 (11).
Replacement.
NOTE:
If installing S2 only, go to step 3.

Install
XDS2 or XDS3 with mounting nut and washer.

Install
the lamp and the lens.
--
Connect
wires to XDS2, XDS3, or S2; remove tags.
--
Install
S2 with mounting hardware (16 and 17).
--
Install
T1 with mounting hardware and bracket.
3-22. Electronics board assembly A2 removal/replacement.
Removal (see figure 1-11).

Disconnect W1P1 (10) from J1 on A2 (14).
--
Disconnect four coaxial cables: A1P2/A2J2 (12); A1P3/A2J3
(13); A1P4/A2J4 (16); and A1P5/A2J5 (15); from Xmt/Rcv
assembly A1 (9) to the electronics board assembly A2.

Disconnect coaxial connector W2P7 from A2J7 (17).
--
Disconnect coaxial connector W3P6 from A2J6 (18).
--
Refer to figure 1-25.
Remove the six sets of mounting
hardware (58, 59, 61, and 62) from A2 (19).
--
Remove A2 from the chassis (9).
Replacement.
--
Install A2 on chassis using six sets of mounting hardware.
--
Refer to figure 1-11.
Connect the four coaxial cables
from Xmt/Rcv assembly A1 (9) to proper connectors on A2:
A1P2/A2J2 (12); A1P3/A2J3 (13); A1P4/A2J4 (16); and
A1P5/A2J5 (15).

Connect W2P7 to A2J7 (17).
--
Connect W3P6 to A2J2 (18).
--
Connect W1P2 (10) to J1 on A2. Make sure the cable runs
are not obstructed, that they do not interfere with other
parts, and that they do not extend beyond the chassis.
3-23. Power supply board assembly A3 removal/replacement.
Removal (see figure 1-11).

Disconnect W1P2 from A3J1 (25) on A3 (24).
--
Disconnect A1P1 from A3J2 (29).
--
Refer to figure 1-25.
Remove the six sets of mounting
hardware (63, 64, 66, and 67) holding A3 (50) on the
chassis (9).
