Install the Compressed Air Tube Assembly.
You start this
installation process by removing the chip board and tape from
the valve (3).
Then, you put the tube (1) and a new gasket
(4) on the valve, and align the screw holes in the tube and
gasket with the holes in the valve. Next install the bolts (5
and 7) with new nuts (6 and 8), hand tighten them, and then
wrench tighten them. Remove the chip board and tape from the
elbow (9) and put the coupling (10) over the elbow. With the
coupling over the elbow, slip a new gasket (11) between the
elbow and the tube (1) and join the tube to the elbow. Then
put the coupling around the elbow and tube and install the
coupling nut (2), and torque the coupling between 50 - 60
inch-pounds (fig. 1-11).

Install the Tube Assembly (No. 2 and 3 Bearing).
Install a
new seal (4) in the tube nut (2).
Also coat a packing (6)
with shortening compound and put it in the recessed hole (7)
in the module. While holding the tube assembly (1) in place
on the engine, install the two bolts (5). Then screw the tube
nut on the adapter (3) and tighten the tube nut and the bolts
(fig. 1-12).
