DISCONNECTING THE INTERCOM
CONTROL BOX.
Remove four nuts (2) (figure 17 on the following page), and lock
washers (3) from the four mounts (4), and discard lock washers. Now
remove nut (5), lock washer (6), and lead (7) from terminal (8).
Discard the look washer and remove the vehicle power distribution box
(1) from the hull.
This completes the removal procedures for the vehicle power
distribution box.
In the paragraphs that follow, the installation
procedures will be covered.
While reading through these paragraphs
on the reinstallation of the vehicle power distribution box, refer
back to figures 15 thru 17 on pages 18 through 20.
To reinstall the vehicle power distribution box, first position the
distribution box on the four mounts.
Now install the four washers,
four new lock washers, and nuts on the four mounts.
Next, install
the electrical lead, a new lock washer, and nut on the terminal.
