To remove the hydraulic centrifugal pump, loosen the three nuts (7)
at the base of the pump (3) so the pump rotates freely. Then, turn
the pump counterclockwise until the studs disengage the slots, lift
the pump from the powerpack, and remove the preformed packing (8).
Remove the nuts (7) from the studs (fig. 1-34).

all times.
Install the Forward Engine Overhead Support. To install the forward
engine overhead support safely, you must use a total of three
people.
When all the required personnel are on-hand, begin
installing the support by hooking the hoist hook (3) to the support
link (4) (fig. 1-35).
Then slide the link (5) to the aft notch (6) and attach the chain
hoist (7) to the link. Remove the two pins (8) from the mounts (2),
align the two holes (9) in the support (1) with the two holes (10)
in the mounts (2), and install the two pins (8) (fig. 1-35).
