o To gain access to the hydraulic lines, the left and right
projectile racks (TM 9-2350-267-20) and the ventilation blower
duct may have to be removed (TM 9-2350-267-20).
o Discard any used packings and lockwashers.
o If the section of line you are working on is past the ball valve,
the hydraulic reservoir does not have to be drained. Close the

valve, the hydraulic reservoir will have to be drained.
Installation of suction lines and associated parts.
o Ensure that you use new packings and lockwashers.
o Apply pipe sealant (Item 57, Appx. D, TM 9-2350-267-20) to all
male pipe threads prior to installation.
o Reverse the order of removal.
