Crew Fire Detection T/A Panel.
Use Figure 42 and the following procedures to continue testing of the crew
AFES of vehicles 1 through 344.
o Turn the MASTER switch to the ON position and observe the crew T/A
panel lights for the following sequence of events:

Green POWER light comes on immediately and stays lit.

Within 6 seconds, the green PASS TEST light comes on.

PASS TEST light will go out.

The yellow FAULT light will come on and remain lit.
o Now press the LAMP TEST toggle switch and inspect all four lamps and
the 10 LEDs located under the fault identification access cover.
Replace any lamp that is burned out.
Should any LED not light,
replace the crew T/A panel as shown in TM 9-2350-267-20.
WARNING
Make sure the anti-recoil plugs are installed in the
crew AFES extinguisher ports.
Also ensure the
extinguisher electrical connectors are disconnected.
