o Remove the tube (Item 12) from the tee (Item 13) and the bulkhead
connector.
o Now remove two screws (Item 14) and two lock washers (Item 15) so
you can remove the clamp assembly (Item 16). Be sure to discard the
removed lockwashers.
o You must now remove
the
tube
assembly
(Item
17)
from
the
tee
assembly (Item 13).
o Tube assembly (Item 18) is the next Item requiring removal. This is
accomplished by disconnecting the tube from the tee (Item 13) and
the adapter (Item 19).
o Removal of the nozzle assembly (Item 20) is the final removal step.
To remove the nozzle, remove two screws, (Item 21), two flat washers
(Item 22), and two lockwashers (Item 23).

Upon inspection of the engine AFES tubing and nozzles and the correction of
any faults found, you are now ready for installation of the removed items.
Install the removed tubing and nozzles by using the reverse procedure of
removal.
You have completed the removal/installation process for the engine AFES
tubing and nozzles.
You will now proceed to the removal/installation
process as it applies to the engine AFES relays cover.
