Using Figure 24 to identify additional items requiring removal of the engine
AFES tubing from the crew compartment, continue with the removal process
using the following procedures:
o Remove the tube assemblies (Items 7 and 8) from the double check tee
(Item 9).
o Now remove the hose (Item 10) and the double check tee (Item 9) from
the elbow (Item 11) and separate the items.
o You are now free to remove the elbow (Item 11) from the bulkhead
adapter.

Having removed the engine AFES tubing from the crew compartment, you must
now remove the engine AFES tubing and nozzles from the engine compartment.
Use Figure 25 to identify the items requiring removal. Use the procedures
listed below to accomplish the task of engine AFES tubing and nozzle removal
from the engine compartment.
