NOTE
The Army model 200 and the Army model 222
cylinders are of identical construction and have
identical components.
The cylinder used on the
Army model 202 has slightly different internal
components,
but
maintenance
procedures
are
similar.
1 Clean all parts thoroughly with solvent P-D-680, or equal.
Ensure that all parts are dried thoroughly.
2 Parts
should
be
inspected
for
wear,
scored
areas,
scratches, nicks and burrs.
3 The body of the cylinder should be inspected for cracks and
distortion.
4 All defective parts should be replaced.
