Introduction
The previous task covered the troubleshooting procedures for many of
the malfunctions that may be encountered in the HMMWV electrical
system.
However, we did not discuss the HMMWV troubleshooting
procedures for the glow plug and cold start advance system.
These two systems are extremely important as they are required to
start the engine in cold weather.
In this task, the procedures
employed by the unit maintenance mechanic to effectively troubleshoot
the glow plug and cold start advance systems will be covered.
