(d) Plug 1W11P7 to be removed from sensor 1MT4 on the right
hull in the squad compartment.
(2) Remove the two lock bolts and washers.
Then remove the
sensor from the hull or turret. Discard the lock bolts.
b. Installing the
Flame
Sensor.
To
install
a
flame
sensor,
follow this procedure:
(1) Position the sensor and install it using two washers and
two new lock bolts.
(2) Install the designated sensor plug (refer to figure 12)
onto the sensor that has just been installed.
The plugs are
designated for installation as follows:
(a) Plug 1W11P4 to be installed on sensor 1MT1 on the left
hull behind the driver.
(b) Plug 1W11P5 to be installed on sensor 1MT2 on the right
hull behind the driver.
(c) Plug 1W11P6 to be installed on sensor 1MT3 on the turret.
(d) Plug 1W11P7 to be installed on sensor 1MT4 on the right
hull in the squad compartment.
