surface provided for the battery, and an electrical connector (J1) for

the eyepiece is a pressure gage to indicate the pressure in the coolant

TU and Tripod Controls.
On the top surface of the night sight is the elevation (EL) knob. The EL
knob allows you to align the elevation boresight of the night sight to
that of the LD/R. The EL knob has a lock to lock the EL knob in the
desired position.
On the right side of the night sight you find the securing latch handle
to secure the night sight in place, and the two-position coarse azimuth
knob. On the left side you find the range focus knob and the azimuth
(AZ) knob. Similar to the EL knob, the AZ knob allows you to align the
azimuth of the night sight with that of the LD/R. The AZ knob also has a
lock to lock it in the desired position.
