Remove the Forward Module from the Maintenance Stand (2). To remove
the module from the maintenance stand, you must attach the
maintenance stand transfer sling (1). To do this, first install the
shackle (5) in the second hole (6) from the sling hook (7) and hook
the shackle on the hoist hook (3) (fig. 1-60).
Then, at the forward-end of the module (4), attach the transfer
sling hook (7) to the shackle (8) of the module sling (9). At the
other end of the module, remove the pin (10) from the shackle (11)
on the transfer sling, install the shackle (11) on the ring (12) of
the module sling (9), and install the shackle (11) on the first
chain link (13) of the transfer sling (1) and install the pin (10)
(fig. 1-60).

Raise the hoist hook (3) until you have slack in the module sling
cables (4). Then, remove the module sling (5) from the chain hook
(6) and attach it to the hoist hook (5). While holding the module
