Failure Mode. If the bleed air side of the heat exchanger
becomes clogged, the flow of cooling air to the outlets
decreases.
If the cooling air side of the heat exchanger
(either section) becomes clogged, the cooling capability of
the system decreases, proportional to the amount of the
obstruction.
