Step 13.
Install plug 2W6P2 on jack 2A2J1 (on the encoder shaft).
Step 14.
Loosen the four screws on the two retainers on the adapter.
Step 15.
Install the power converter and relay box assembly, as described in
subparagraphs 2c(2) and 2c(3) below.
Step 16.
Set fine adjustment of the encoder shaft and perform STE-M1/FVS TEST
2774. These procedures, when needed, can be found on page 3-499 of TM 9-2350-252-
20-2-1.
Step 17.
Tighten the four screws on the two retainers on the adapter.

Installation of the Power Converter.
Step 1.
Apply primer and sealing compound to the threads of the three screws
that attach the power converter to the mounts.
Install six washers, the power
converter, and the three Screws on the three mounts.
Torque the three screws to
73-79 in-lb (84-90 cmkg).
Step 2.
Install
two
plugs
onto
the
two
jacks
on
the
power
converter,
as
follows:
(a)
2W103P5 on 2A3034J01, and
(b)
2W103P1 on 2A3034J02.
(3)
Installation of the Relay ox Assembly.
Step 1.
Install short end of the relay box mounts on the bulkhead.
Step 2.
Install the relay box, four washers, and new locknuts onto the mounts.
Step 3.
Install three plugs onto the three jacks on the relay box, as follows:
(a)
2W2P4 on 2A27J2,
(b)
2W1P3 on 2A27J1, and
(c)
2W17P2 on 2A27J3.
