the LD/R jack 1J3 (5) to disengage.
Disengage the pivot bracket (3) by pulling it
away from the LD/R clip (2).
NOTE:
The removal/replacement procedure for the EMI filter is the same as for
the battery.

Installation.
(5) Refer to figure 1-30. With the battery removed, install the EMI filter
and attach the vehicle power cable. Ensure that the POWER switch (1) is OFF. Pull
and hold the battery release pin (8), and engage the EMI filter (6) into the LD/R
pivot bracket (5). Rotate the EMI filter connector (4) into the LD/R jack 1J3 (9).
Push the battery release pin (8) through the hole in the EMI connector (7).
Connect the vehicle cable connector P1 (3) to the EMI filter connector J1 (2).
Connect the vehicle power cable as illustrated in figure 1-31.
