The procedures for disassembly, resetting, and preparation for transporting the
G/VLLD are also found in TM 9-1260-477-12. The procedures follow the same format
used for assembly.
In conclusion, the G/VLLD and its associated equipment contain environmentally
sensitive optical and electronic components. While it is capable of being operated
in a wide range of environmental conditions, protect the G/VLLD set to the fullest
extent possible.
Figure 1-34 lists recommended procedures for keeping your
equipment operational in adverse conditions.
