Control Valve Assemblies.
valves, springs, and other components which control the selection of
ranges and automatic shifting of gears. The control valve assemblies
are mounted on the separator plate and oil transfer plate assembly at
the top of the transmission center housing.
Figure 1-7 illustrates
the control valve assemblies.

Separator Plate, and Oil Transfer Plate Assembly.
These items are located between the control valve assemblies and the
center housing unit. These items channel the flow of oil between the
control valves and the transmission center housing. See figure 1-7.

Located to the right of the center housing, this assembly covers the
left brake assembly, governor body, equalizer valve, steer shaft and
gears, range output gears, and hydrostatic drive gear.
It contains
the right brake assembly, steer gears, and brake apply shafts for the
left and right brakes. The brake
