n. Inspect the Plenum-to-Engine Plain Seal, Inner Hose Clamp, and
Splitter Assembly.
Visually inspect the seal (1) for damage and replace it if
necessary (fig. 1-20).
Pull the lip of the seal (4) back at the bottom right side
of the screen (5) and inspect the clamp (2) for damage or
looseness. If the clamp has loosened, torque the clamp nut
(6) between 60 - 85 inch pounds, or if you find the clamp
has damage, replace the clamp (fig. 1-20).
Visually inspect the splitter
(3)
for damage.
If any
damage has occurred, replace
the
splitter assembly in
accordance TM-9-2350-264-20-1.
