Install the Tube Assembly (Top of Inlet Guide Vane Actuating
Cylinder). Place new seals (7 and 11) on the tube nuts (5 and
9) and put the tube assembly (1) in place. Connect the tube
nut (5) to the adapter (6), and at the other end of the tube,
connect that tube nut (9) to the other adapter (10).
Then,
you place the clamp (4) on the tube across from the other
clamp, and install the screw (3) and a new nut (2) in the
clamps. Wrap a new strap (8) around the tube and cable with
the ribbed side facing down; cut off the loose end of the
strap about 1/2-inch above the opening (fig. 1-50).

Install the Screen Assembly (Engine Air Inlet).
Apply
shortening compound on the new packing (2) and install the
packing in the inlet housing groove (3) (fig. 1-51).
Perform this step only if two bolts (4) hold the screen assembly
(1) in place (fig. 1-51).
Place the screen (1) on the housing (5), align the screen and
housing, and install the bolts (4) (fig. 1-51).
