Step 1.
Remove the companion seat/battery box cover following the
procedures in paragraph 10-22 of the TM.
Now start the engine
following the procedures contained on page 2-49 of TM 9-2320-280-10.
After the engine has been started, raise the engine speed off idle.
Using a multimeter, check
