WARNING
If
halon
is
discharged
into
the
engine
compartment while the engine is running, the
engine exhaust may be poisonous.
Poisonous gas
can injure personnel. The engine must be stopped
before discharging the halon from the fire
suppression bottle. If halon is discharged while
the engine is running, be careful not to breathe
the engine exhaust.
