the prioritization regulating valve to the precooler at a
pressure up to 44 ƒ5 psi and flows through passageways
having
off-set
fins,
improving
the
heat
transfer
capabilities. The cooling air (ambient) flows from the fan
through
passages
having
plain
fins,
minimizing
the
the cooling air flow to bleed air flow has a ratio of 3:1,
and at minimum the ratio drops to approximately 1:1.
