Continuity Test Lead AAB.
o Disconnect the harness connector from the conveyor directional
control valve.
Test the continuity of the lead using a
multimeter by placing the red probe of the multimeter in the gage
panel connector socket A and the black probe in the solenoid
connector pin B (Fig. 47).
If the multimeter remained on
infinity, the lead AAA between the hydraulic control panel
connector and conveyor directional control valve is defective,
notify support maintenance.
Assume the multimeter indicated 0
ohms and continue to troubleshoot the system.
o Place the red probe of the multimeter in connector socket C, the
black probe in the solenoid connector pin A (Fig. 48), and test
the continuity of the lead.
If the multimeter remained on
infinity, the lead AAB between the hydraulic control panel
connector and conveyor directional control valve is defective and
you must notify support maintenance.
Assume the multimeter
indicated 0 ohms, reconnect the lead, and continue to
troubleshoot the system.
