Introduction
The turret drive system consists of the turret traverse drive, gun elevation drive,
and TOW elevation drive. The turret traverse drive, gun elevation drive, and TOW
elevation drive are used to position the 25mm gun and the TOW launcher. Each drive
consists of an electric motor which drives a gearbox. The procedures for replacing
the gearbox for the turret traverse drive will be covered in this task.
