CAUTION
THE STEERING ROD CAN BE DAMAGED IF SNAGGED. MAKE SURE THE
ROD IS OUT OF THE WAY WHEN REMOVING THE POWERPACK.

c. Disconnect the Four Control Assemblies.
Disconnect the
control assemblies by releasing the parking brake (TM 9-2350-264-10),
pushing in the four quick-release pin buttons (5), and removing the
four pins (4) from the control assembly cleaves.
Inspect the parts
for damage by pushing in the buttons (5) and releasing them to ensure
they release smoothly; replace them as required.
You must tie the
control rod (1) out of the way with a piece of rope to prevent
damaging it when removing the powerpack (fig. 1-10).
d. Disconnect the Air System.
Loosen the nut (7) on the plain
plenum seal hose band clamp (8)(fig. 1-10), and then remove the
prioritization valve tube assembly using the steps below:
