Tighten the coupling using electrical

connector pliers.

The total number of electrical connectors disconnected when the

vehicle power distribution box is removed is 14.

To remove the instrument panel volts gage, first, remove the

lamp socket from the back of the gage.

Next remove the nut, lock

washer, and lead 1W10-M1- from the negative terminal of the gage. Be

sure to tag the lead as soon as it is removed. After lead 1W10-M1-

has been removed from the gage, remove the nut, look washer, and lead

1W10+ from the positive terminal of the gage. Again be sure to tag

the lead as soon as it is removed.

Then, remove the two nuts from

the two posts on the gage. Push the volt gage from the two brackets

and out the front of the instrument panel.
