Stacker Hydraulic System.
o The general
troubleshooting
requirements
apply
to
this
sub-
system.
You must perform
some
preliminary
checks
prior
to
the
hydraulic
troubleshooting.
o Visually check the roller chain.
o Check the chain alignment.
o Inspect the chain path for obstruction.
o Ensure the tray is secured to the chain.
o Check the sprocket for missing teeth and ensure it is tight on
the motor shaft.
NOTE:
The stacker tray control switches are momentary ON push buttons
and must be pushed in and held when operating the stacker tray.
There are four problems in this system to troubleshoot. The first three
will be accomplished using the following procedures, and the last one
will be done separately:
