(2) Class II leakage is a leakage of fluid great enough to form drops
but not enough to cause dripping from the item being checked or inspected.
(3) Class III leakage is a leakage of fluid great enough to form drops
which fall from the item being checked or inspected.

Place an empty container on the bottom of both fuel filters and
check for
water in the fuel, and for dirty or clogged up fuel filters by
loosening
the drain cock (figure 32, view B, on the following page) on the
bottom of
both fuel filters.
