The strap is routed through the lower
access door ring handle and the stowed roadwheel hub,
and then tied to secure the door in an open position.

(1) Before attempting to start the APU in any kind of weather, refer to
LO (lubrication order) 9-2350-256-10 and ensure that the engine crankcase,
chain case, and auxiliary hydraulic system have been serviced with the
proper oil grade and level.
(2) Turn the FUEL SHUTOFF switch (2) (figure 29, view A) to the ON
position. The LOW OIL PRESSURE light (3) will light up and stay lit until
the engine starts running.
