Figure 1-8 lists the tools and test equipment necessary and
prescribed for use at the organizational level for the LR Test Set.
a. Painting. Painting of the LR Test Set consists of touching up
damaged areas (refer to TB 43-0118). Paints and finishes are listed
in SB 11-573. The following procedures are applicable:

Do not paint over stenciling,

Combination case.

Lightly sand area requiring touchup.

Apply two thin coats of gray enamel per MIL-E-15090.
Control panel rivet heads.

b. Cleaning.
Clean the optical windows of the LR Test Set as
