Bolt-on Armor.
Fixing points have been attached to the outer hull so bolt-on armor
can be mounted.
The attachment of the bolt-on armor provides
increased protection to the area where it is applied.

The
four launcher tubes mount on the front of the carrier hull, below the
headlights.
The grenades are launched using an arming/firing unit
mounted on the forward bulkhead of the personnel compartment.
The
arming/firing unit consists of a two-position toggle switch (arm/off
switch) and a fire switch that fires the smoke grenades when
depressed. A smoke grenade arm-off indicator light comes on when the
smoke grenade fire switch is armed.
